Brown Cow and Dragon – restaurant design
The Orchid Group has now released the first site for their innovative concept which combines the notion of a warm and traditional English pub together with the influence of authentic Thai dining. This flagship venue permeates an inviting and comfortable atmosphere whilst incorporating eastern infusions that offset the design conscious interior beautifully. Only ever before seen in London, this unique proposal will raise the standard of traditional pub dining on offer in the North of England.
Eight months in the making we designed every aspect of the Brown Cow and Dragon. The 8400 sq.ft. location consists of two individually designed floors to cater autonomously for both English tradition and Asian cuisine. Two separate bars compliment the arrangement of the venue and allow for the predominant placement of the Thai restaurant on the upper floor whilst maintaining the ‘pub’ atmosphere below.
